The University has introduced the Annadanam Scheme under which the Vidyapeetha hostels have been provided Rice, Wheat flour etc, free of cost out of the donations received from old students, teachers, philanthropists etc.  The Vice-Chancellor, Old students and Teachers association of the Vidyapeetha put all efforts and rendered whole hearted support for the success of the scheme.  With the divine blessings of Sri Venkateswara, the Lord of the Seven Hills and the generous support of the authorities of T.T.Devasthanams, the Vidyapeetha is continuing the Annadanam Scheme on a permanent basis and providing boarding facilities to the students residing in the hostels at subsidized rates.  At present, a boarder is required to pay ten rupees per day towards the cost of his breakfast, lunch and dinner and the Vidyapeetha meets the rest of the expenditure as subsidy that varies from Rupees fifteen to twenty per day per boarder.
